About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate seamlessly between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.

Onboarding & HR Operations

• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including documentation and compliance-related tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records, trackers, and HR databases with accuracy.

Employee Engagement & General HR Support

• Assist the HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support across HR functions as needed.

Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field (freshers with strong potential are welcome to apply).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
