Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service in Hyderabad is seeking a hiring specialist to coordinate staffing across departments, source candidates, and shape selection criteria. You will create role-specific descriptions and interview questions, then screen and shortlist the best talent for critical roles.

You will engage with hiring managers, manage candidate records, and participate in job fairs to build a robust pipeline, ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to liaise with hiring managers to define criteria.
• Proficient in evaluating CVs and portfolios.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with stakeholders.
