Job summary

ISFC in Gurugram is seeking a fresh HR Recruiter to source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, coordinate assessments, and shortlist finalists while collaborating with hiring managers.

You should have a bachelor's or MBA in HR, strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and be comfortable with MS Excel and recruitment tools.
