Job summary

Avanse Financial Services is seeking an HR Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and MIS. The role combines sourcing (60%), MIS/dashboard creation (20%), and engagement (20%). The successful candidate will coordinate with vendors, manage onboarding, and ensure timely hiring across branches.

The position requires MBA/MSW in HR, fluency in Telugu/Hindi, experience with Naukri portal, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. BFSI hiring experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or MSW in HR is required.
• Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is essential.
• Must have experience using the Naukri portal.
• Preference for hands-on BFSI hiring experience.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand roles and responsibilities of open positions and source relevant profiles.
• Identify prospective candidates through various channels.
• Deliver profiles within turnaround time.
• Act as single point of contact to offroll vendors and resources.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ensure 100% adherence to recruitment processes.
• Provide weekly/regular reports to HR leadership.
• Build relationships with candidates during selection.
• Coordinate onboarding with new joiners and HR Ops.
• Maintain databases of lined-up candidates.
• Provide daily and weekly recruitment status updates.
• Ensure background and reference checks are completed.
• Respond to new employee questions.
• Support regional HRBP in HR projects and engagement activities.

Job description

As a HR Executive your will be responsible for end to end Hiring, Employee engagement , MIS Maintenance and be a single point of Contact for all Branch related supports. The role will have key 3 gamut - 60% TA including sourcing, 20% on MIS and Dashboard Preparation 20% - Employee Engagement

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the roles and responsibilities of the open position and source relevant profiles.
• Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
• Deliver profiles within the TAT.
• Will be single point of contact to offroll vendors and offroll resources.
• Handling end to end recruitment process
• 100% Adherence to the recruitment processes.
• Provide required reports/trackers to the HRBEPs on weekly basis.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Coordination with the new joiner and HR ops team to complete the onboarding of associates in the system.
• Maintaining proper databases of lined up candidates
• Providing daily & weekly recruitment status.
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.
• Support Regional HRBEP in Key HR Projects and Engagement Activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/MSW in HR
• Telugu/Hindi Fluency
• Must have experience of Naukri portal
• Preference for someone with hands on experience into BFSI Hiring
• Excellent knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and MS office.
