Inorvia Global Tech is seeking a Recruitment Executive in Hyderabad to manage end-to-end recruitment for field staff and business roles. You will source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, and drives, and coordinate daily candidate communications and interviews.

The role requires strong coordination skills, ability to manage multiple openings, and experience with onboarding processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals is desirable.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for field staff and business roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives.
• Conduct daily candidate calling, preliminary screening, and interview coordination.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate Onboarding, induction sessions, and employee documentation.
• Track offer-to-joining ratios and ensure smooth joining processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Preferred candidate profile

• Male candidates preferred
• Strong communication and candidate sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Experience hiring field staff, sales staff, or operational roles preferred
• Language Proficiency in English Telugu and Hindi (Preferred)
