Job summary

M & B Engineering in Ahmedabad is seeking an HR- Payroll & Compliance executive to manage salary processing, statutory compliance, labour licenses, and contractor compliance. You will also handle recruitment, training, MIS reporting and employee data maintenance.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, timely payroll, and adherence to Labour and BOCW regulations. You will engage in employee onboarding, attendance, and site compliance activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Manage salary processing and payroll activities accurately.
• Ensure statutory and legal compliance for all sites.
• Maintain Labour and BOCW licenses and registrations.
• Oversee site compliance and contract Labour compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain employee data.

Responsibilities

• Labour License, BOCW License administration and renewals.
• Salary processing and payroll administration monthly.
• Filing and returns for PF, ESIC monthly.
• Maintain statutory compliance and labor license registers.
• Handle contractors payments and joining formalities.
• Prepare MIS reports and HR data maintenance.
• Conduct recruitment and site visits as needed.
• Manage Time & Attendance records and HRMS updates.
• Ensure employee engagement and onboarding activities.
