Job summary

Padmavati Jewel Industries LTD in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra is seeking an HR & Payroll Executive to manage recruitment, joining formalities, onboarding and exit processing. You will also handle biometric attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance with PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/Bonus and Gratuity.

You will maintain HRMS data, prepare letters, respond to employee queries, and support audits and inspections. The role requires coordination with Accounts and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in HRMS data management and MS Excel.
• Strong handling of employee queries and grievances.
