Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate, Manufacturing, and Support Function roles.

• Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per defined TAT.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives across locations.
• Organize employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee morale, motivation, and retention.
