You will utilize job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, external HR partners, and internal networks to build a strong candidate pipeline, partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within defined timelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong Talent Acquisition experience within BFSI/Insurance.
• Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates with a strong sense of ownership.
