Job summary

Movate Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement, handle employee relations, and partner with operations to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Role includes lifecycle management, rewards programs, and leadership connect activities, with a focus on reducing attrition and enhancing performance through PMS and PIPs. UK shift timing may be required; office-based five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or Business HR.
• Experience supporting large-scale global client operations in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in employee engagement, employee relations, and grievance handling.
• Knowledge of attrition analysis, retention strategies, and performance management.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managing employee concerns across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (FGDs, town halls, skip-level meetings).
• Address employee concerns, manage grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor attrition trends, analyze feedback, and implement retention strategies.
• Support PMS, PIPs, EWS, and performance-related interventions.
• Collaborate with operations managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Support onboarding, internal job postings (IJP), and career development processes.
• Drive rewards and recognition initiatives and maintain engagement calendars.
• Facilitate leadership interactions and employee feedback sessions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, code of conduct, POSH guidelines, and labour laws.
• Track engagement, attrition, retention, and performance metrics with insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including skip-level meetings, one-on-one discussions, focus group discussions (FGDs), town halls, and employee connect activities.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns, manage grievances, handle sensitive employee situations, and ensure timely resolution through appropriate HR interventions.
• Attrition & Retention Management: Monitor attrition trends, analyse exit feedback, identify root causes, and implement retention strategies in collaboration with business leaders.
• Performance Management: Support performance management systems (PMS), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), early warning signals (EWS), and performance-related interventions.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with operations managers and business leaders to understand workforce challenges, provide HR guidance, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding, employee integration, internal job postings (IJP), career development, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Rewards & Recognition: Drive rewards and recognition initiatives and maintain an employee engagement calendar aligned with business requirements.
• Leadership Connect: Facilitate leadership interactions, floor connects, skip-level meetings, and employee feedback sessions to strengthen communication and employee morale.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, code of conduct, POSH guidelines, and applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Employee Insights & Reporting: Track employee engagement, attrition, retention, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall HR experience, with relevant experience in HR Business Partnering or Business HR.
• Experience supporting large-scale global client operations in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in employee engagement, employee relations, and grievance handling.
• Working knowledge of attrition analysis, retention strategies, and performance management.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managing employee concerns across the employee lifecycle.
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with empathy, confidentiality, and an objective approach.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
