Job summary

ECLAT Health Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an Executive / Sr. Executive – HRBP with 2–4 years of experience to support business HR operations, employee lifecycle management, engagement, and compliance.

You will partner with business teams, manage onboarding, transfers, and exits, and support performance management, development initiatives, and HR analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering/Generalist role.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement activities and enhance workplace culture.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with hiring teams for manpower planning and recruitment support.
• Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee documentation.
• Partner with business managers to address employee relations and grievance handling.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
