Unity Small Finance Bank is seeking a skilled recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring across Banking and NBFC sectors. You will design targeted sourcing strategies, manage campus drives and drive candidate engagement to deliver quality hires.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, proficiency with Taleo and other ATS tools, and the ability to benchmark salaries and report key metrics for governance and decision making.

• Coordinate campus hiring, walk-ins and recruitment drives for junior to mid-level roles.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs and background verification protocols.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize source mix, cost per hire and candidate experience.
• Partner with business heads and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs and governance.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Banking and NBFC sectors.
• Leverage job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, and niche platforms for targeted hiring.
• Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking to support competitive hiring decisions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
• Coordinate campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives for junior to mid-level roles.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment SOPs and background verification protocols.
• Partner with business heads and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements and forecast hiring needs.
• Collaborate with internal audit and HR operations to maintain governance and documentation standards.
• Track and report recruitment metrics including TAT, source mix, cost per hire, and candidate experience.
• Implement tools and techniques such as STAR interviews, OKR/KRA-based assessments, and Taleo ATS
• Drive candidate engagement through personalized communication and onboarding experiences.
