Job summary

ESAF Small Finance Bank in Kolkata seeks an experienced recruitment professional to lead the end-to-end hiring process from requisition to onboarding. You will partner with business leaders to define sourcing strategies and build a robust candidate pipeline.

The role requires sourcing via portals, social media, referrals, and consultants; conducting screening and competency-based interviews; coordinating interviews; and negotiating offers to secure acceptance.
