Job summary

EXO Edge Ltd. in India seeks an experienced HR professional to lead our people operations, focusing on end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and documentation accuracy.

You will act as a trusted advisor on policies, labor laws, and employee relations while driving engagement and development initiatives. You will manage a team of HR professionals, monitor service delivery standards, and collaborate with business units to support organizational goals, ensuring compliance and a positive, compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in core HR roles, preferably in a domestic (India-based) environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation and records.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and improve retention.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with other HR and business teams to support organizational goals.
• Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Monitor team performance to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and adherence to service delivery standards.
