Job summary

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure new hires have resources and clear roles, while maintaining trackers and reporting on onboarding progress. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee onboarding or HR operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS, onboarding tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
