Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for high-volume and niche roles.
• Manage bulk hiring across multiple geographies with timely delivery.
• Design and run campus hiring programs and university partnerships.
• Develop innovative sourcing including portals, social media, referrals, and communities.
• Drive ATS implementation and optimization to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team.
• Forecast hiring needs with business leaders and set hiring roadmaps.
• Establish employer branding initiatives and monitor key recruitment metrics.

We are looking for adynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead large-scale hiringinitiatives across Accounting, Legal, and niche skill domains. This role willbe responsible for building a robust hiring engine, and creating scalabletalent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.

What to expect inyour journey

• Lead end-to-end talentacquisition strategy for bulk and niche hiring across functions includingAccounting, Legal, and specialized roles
  
• Manage high-volumerecruitment across multiple geographies, ensuring timely and quality hiring
  
• Design and executecampus hiring programs, building strong partnerships with universities andinstitutions
  
• Develop innovativesourcing strategies leveraging job portals, social media, referrals, and talentcommunities
  
• Drive ATSimplementation and optimization to improve recruitment efficiency, analytics,and candidate experience
  
• Build, mentor, andscale a high-performing recruitment team
  
• Collaborate closelywith business leaders to forecast hiring needs and define hiring roadmaps
  
• Establish strongemployer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  
• Monitor recruitmentmetrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.) and continuously improveprocesses
  
• Ensure a seamlesscandidate experience across all touchpoints
  

What you bring tothe table:

• 15+ years ofexperience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to bulk hiring andniche hiring
  
• Proven experiencehiring for Accounting, Legal, and specialized roles
  
• Hands-on experience incampus recruitment programs
  
• Demonstrated successin ATS implementation and recruitment process transformation
  
• Strong leadership andstakeholder management skills
  
• Data-driven mindsetwith experience in recruitment analytics
  
• Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-growth environment
  

PreferredQualifications:

• Experience in buildingTA functions from scratch or scaling rapidly
  
• Exposure to globalhiring (US, UK, Australia markets) is a plus
  
• Strong employerbranding and recruitment marketing experience
