Job summary

Choice International is seeking a hands-on HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across our domains. You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage pre-joining follow-ups.

You will maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and join/attrition reporting, acting as HR SPOC for the assigned zones, ensuring timely vacancy closures and policy compliance across branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to source candidates via portals, referrals, and networks.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet targets.
• Experience in financial services or stock broking recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to joining.

• Serve as HR SPOC for the assigned zone/branches and handle onboarding, engagement, grievances, transfers, and exits.
• Partner with business leaders and employees to address HR concerns and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, recruitment processes, and documentation requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from manpower planning to candidate joining, ensuring timely vacancy closure within defined TAT.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, LinkedIn, and other channels while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to understand requirements, track hiring progress, and ensure timely feedback.
• Interview & Offer Management: Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage pre-joining follow-ups.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular reports on vacancies, sourcing, offers, joining ratios, and TAT.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Act as the HR SPOC for the assigned zone/branches and manage employee onboarding, engagement, grievances, transfers, and exits.
• Business HR & Employee Support: Partner with business leaders and employees to address HR concerns, monitor attrition, ensure policy compliance, and support smooth HR operations.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee documentation requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in sourcing through job portals and professional networks.
• Strong follow-up, planning, and execution skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
• Experience in financial services or stock broking recruitment will be an advantage.
