Job summary

V2 Retail Ltd. is seeking a Hub Incharge to oversee cross dock operations and last mile delivery coordination in Lucknow, Varanasi, and Moradabad. You will ensure inbound/outbound stock flow, SOP adherence, and on-time target delivery across the hub network.

The ideal candidate has graduate education, 1–5 years in hub/cross-dock operations for retail or e-commerce, and strong skills in vehicle planning, manpower management, and productivity tracking, with SAP HANA experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with strong logistics knowledge.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Cross Dock / HUB operations for Retail or E-commerce.
• Experience with SAP HANA.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle planning and manpower management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT of vehicle.
• Coordinate with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution.
• Maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity.
• Ensure HUB SOPs are being followed for safety and compliance.
• Support in resolving operational challenges at HUB level.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experience Hub Incharge for managing overall cross dock operations and last mile delivery. Ensure smooth Inbound and outbound of stock, adherence to operational SOP & Ensure targets are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT of vehicle.
• Coordination with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution
• Maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity
• Ensure HUB sop's are being following for safety and compliance.
• Support in resolving operational challenges at HUB level

Key Responsibilities:

• Graduate in any discipline with strong logistics knowledge
• 1 to 5 yrs of experience in managing Cross Dock operations / HUB / Dark Store Operations for any Retail / Ecom company
• Strong operational Knowledge in Vehicle planning, Manpower management, productivity tracking.
• Must have experience in SAP HANA
