Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, hub operations, warehouse, courier, or e-commerce.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Experience in rider/team management is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Track SLA, TAT, delivery performance, and daily operational KPIs.

• Handle operational issues and escalations effectively.
• Ensure hub discipline, cleanliness, safety, and process compliance.
