Job summary

V2 Retail Ltd is seeking an experienced Hub Incharge to manage cross dock operations and last mile delivery across multiple city hubs. You will ensure smooth inbound and outbound stock flow, adherence to SOPs, and delivery of targets on time.

Responsibilities include coordinating transport, assigning shifts, monitoring productivity, and upholding safety and compliance at the hub. SAP HANA experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong logistics knowledge.
• 1–5 years in cross dock/hub operations for retail/e-commerce.
• Strong vehicle planning and manpower management.
• Experience using SAP HANA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of inbound and outbound plans and monitor vehicle TAT.
• Coordinate transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution.
• Maintain shift allocations and monitor productivity.
• Ensure hub SOPs are followed for safety and compliance.
• Support in resolving operational challenges at hub level.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experience Hub Incharge for managing overall cross dock operations and last mile delivery. Ensure smooth Inbound and outbound of stock, adherence to operational SOP & Ensure targets are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT of vehicle.
• Coordination with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution
• Maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity
• Ensure HUB sop's are being following for safety and compliance.
• Support in resolving operational challenges at HUB level

Key Responsibilities:

• Graduate in any discipline with strong logistics knowledge
• 1 to 5 yrs of experience in managing Cross Dock operations / HUB / Dark Store Operations for any Retail / Ecom company
• Strong operational Knowledge in Vehicle planning, Manpower management, productivity tracking.
• Must have experience in SAP HANA
