Job summary

V2 Retail Ltd seeks a Hub Incharge to oversee cross dock operations and ensure timely inbound/outbound stock movement. You will coordinate with transport, manage manpower shifts, and enforce hub SOPs for safety and efficiency.

Candidate should have 1–5 years in HUB/dark store operations in retail or e-commerce, with strong logistics knowledge and SAP HANA experience to optimize productivity and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with strong logistics knowledge.
• 1–5 years of experience in managing Cross Dock operations / HUB / Dark Store operations for any Retail / Ecom company.
• Strong operational knowledge in Vehicle planning, Manpower management, productivity tracking.
• Must have experience in SAP HANA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT of vehicle.
• Coordinate with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution.
• Maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity.
• Ensure HUB SOPs are being followed for safety and compliance.
• Support in resolving operational challenges at HUB level.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experience Hub Incharge for managing overall cross dock operations and last mile delivery. Ensure smooth Inbound and outbound of stock, adherence to operational SOP & Ensure targets are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of Inbound and Outbound plan as per schedule, monitor TAT of vehicle.
• coordination with transport for vehicle availability and issue resolution
• maintain shift allocation of manpower, managing productivity
