Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies is seeking a Hub Incharge for Hayathnagar, Telangana to oversee day-to-day hub operations and ensure timely last-mile delivery. The role involves managing delivery executives, shipment movement, and hub productivity in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in hub operations or last-mile delivery, with strong coordination, communication, and Excel/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in last-mile delivery / logistics / hub operations.
• Experience managing delivery executives or field staff.
• Good knowledge of shipment tracking and delivery operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication and team-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth last-mile delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate with Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners.
• Ensure timely dispatch, delivery, and return (RTO) of shipments.
• Track daily delivery performance, pending shipments, and undelivered orders.
• Allocate shipments/routes to delivery executives based on operational requirements.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of delivery staff.
• Handle customer-related delivery issues and coordinate for quick resolution.
• Maintain daily operational reports, shipment records, and hub documentation.
• Coordinate with the central operations team for smooth shipment movement.
• Monitor hub-level KPIs such as delivery success rate, RTO, productivity, and TAT.
• Ensure proper handling, scanning, sorting, and storage of shipments at the hub.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.

About the Role
