• Manage daily hub operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Handle rider allocation, attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
• Track SLA, TAT, delivery performance, and operational KPIs.
• Manage COD reconciliation and ensure proper cash handling.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
• Coordinate with riders, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
• Handle operational issues and escalations effectively.
• Ensure hub discipline, cleanliness, safety, and process compliance.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve daily operational targets.
