The role focuses on planning manpower, shift allocation, attendance, and productivity, while monitoring shipment volumes, TAT, SLA, and performance. You will manage riders, coordinate with line-haul and central teams, and drive KPI improvements while ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 2–6 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier, or last-mile operations.
• Experience in hub or last-mile operations is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the delivery hub.
• Ensure smooth inbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch, and delivery operations.
• Plan and manage manpower, shift allocation, attendance, and productivity.
• Monitor daily shipment volumes, TAT, SLA, delivery performance, and pending shipments.
• Manage delivery executives/riders and ensure proper route allocation and productivity.
• Track RTO, undelivered shipments, NDR, ageing, and exceptions and take corrective actions.
• Ensure 100% scan compliance, shipment accuracy, and proper handling of shipments.
• Monitor hub-level KPIs and prepare daily MIS/reports.
• Coordinate with line-haul, transport, customer service, vendors, and central operations teams.
• Handle operational escalations and conduct RCA for recurring issues.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, security, and housekeeping standards are followed.
• Control operational costs including manpower, overtime, and vendor expenses.
• Train, guide, and motivate the hub team to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure inventory/shipment reconciliation and minimize losses, damages, and discrepancies.
