Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies is hiring a Hub Incharge in Mumbai to oversee day-to-day hub operations and lead a multi-disciplinary team. You will ensure smooth shipment movement, timely inbound/outbound processing, and adherence to SOPs while driving performance metrics.

The role requires strong operational and people-management skills, with experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery. Mumbai-based onsite work with peak-season handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 12th or graduate preferred with relevant logistics experience.
• Experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
• Prior hub/operations leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hub operations, inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely receiving, scanning, sorting, bagging, dispatch, and delivery.
• Monitor RTO, undelivered and pending shipments; take corrective action.
• Supervise hub staff, delivery executives, and support teams.
• Achieve daily operational and delivery targets.
• Monitor accuracy and minimize loss and misrouting.
• Coordinate with linehaul, last-mile, and customer support teams.
• Handle customer and shipment escalations.
• Track MIS, productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards and process guidelines compliance.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Manage hub inventory and documentation reconciliation.
• Handle peak-season workload and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hub Incharge to manage day-to-day hub operations, ensure smooth shipment movement, and lead the hub team. The ideal candidate should have strong operational, people-management, and problem-solving skills with experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely receiving, scanning, sorting, bagging, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
• Monitor RTO, undelivered, and pending shipments and take corrective action.
• Manage and supervise hub staff, delivery executives, and support teams.
• Ensure achievement of daily operational and delivery targets.
• Monitor shipment accuracy and minimize loss, damage, misrouting, and operational errors.
• Coordinate with linehaul, last-mile, customer support, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Handle customer and shipment-related escalations.
• Track daily MIS, productivity, attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and process guidelines.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Manage hub inventory and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Handle peak-season workload and ensure uninterrupted hub operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of hub and logistics operations.
• Experience in last-mile delivery, courier, e-commerce, or supply chain operations.
• Good team-handling and people-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of RTO, inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, and dispatch processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.

Qualification & Experience

• 12th/Graduate preferred.
• experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, or last-mile operations.
• Candidates with prior experience as Hub Incharge, Hub Manager, Hub Supervisor, Operations Executive, or Last-Mile Operations Executive will be preferred.
