Shadowfax Technologies is seeking a Hub Incharge to oversee Pattukkottai hub operations in Tamil Nadu. The role requires coordinating Delivery Executives, monitoring shipments, and ensuring SLA/TAT targets are met.

The candidate will manage attendance, allocations, and performance metrics while liaising with internal teams to resolve day-to-day issues and maintain hub discipline and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, delivery, or hub operations.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.

• Resolve rider and operational issues on a day-to-day basis.

Job Description:
