Job summary

Aspire Software consultancy in Bengaluru, India is seeking a skilled HRMS Implementation Consultant to lead client projects end-to-end.

You will gather requirements, configure modules like Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, and Payroll, perform UAT, and provide training and post-implementation support.

This role requires strong client communication, basic SQL ability, and collaboration with product teams to drive enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end implementation and support of HRMS software for clients.
• Understand client requirements and assist in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Configure HRMS modules including Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and other HR processes.
• Conduct UAT and coordinate with clients to validate system functionality.
• Perform functional testing and track issues to resolution.
• Provide post-implementation support and address client queries within SLA.
• Coordinate with technical/product teams for issue resolution and product enhancements.
• Use basic SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain implementation documents, test cases, user guides, and support records.
• Conduct client/user training and product demonstrations.
• Monitor client tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Gather client feedback and communicate improvements to internal teams.
• Support HRMS upgrades, changes, and new module implementations.
• Maintain good client relationships to ensure smooth implementation and support.
