Job summary

Executive Tracks Associates is seeking a Customer Support / Implementation Executive in Gurugram to handle HRMS product support and IT services. You will resolve client queries, manage technical issues, and ensure HRMS applications run smoothly while delivering top-tier customer service.

Selected candidate will contribute to end-to-end software implementations, conduct product demos, onboarding, and user training, and gather client requirements for configuration and customization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
