Nusummit Technologies in Mumbai/Bangalore invites fresh MBA graduates to join as HRBP Trainee. This full‑time role supports our HRBP team in employee engagement, talent management and HR operations, offering hands-on exposure to strategic HR while partnering with business leaders.

Ideal candidates are MBA/PGDM in HR with strong communication, analytical skills and a proactive attitude. Hybrid work arrangement and structured on‑the‑job learning are provided to help you grow within the HR function.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Strong academic background with a passion for Human Resources.
• Fresh graduates (MBA 2023/24/25/26) can apply even if PF account is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP in managing the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
• Coordinate performance management activities and HR documentation.
• Handle employee HR queries regarding policies and processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS.
• Support learning & development by coordinating training programs.
• Assist with HR analytics, MIS reports, and workforce data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR operations for a seamless experience.
