About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented HRBP Intern to partner with business teams and support the full spectrum of HR operations. This is a 6-month internship program designed to groom candidates into full-time HR Business Partners based on performance, business need, and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries within assigned business unit(s)
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits
- Assist in performance management cycles — goal setting, appraisals, feedback documentation
- Support engagement initiatives — employee connect sessions, surveys, R&R programs
- Help track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, headcount, engagement scores) and prepare reports/dashboards
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Payroll teams for smooth HR service delivery
- Assist in policy communication, implementation, and grievance handling under guidance
- Maintain accurate employee records/HRIS data
- Support audits and compliance-related documentation as required
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with business stakeholders
- Basic understanding of HR functions (TA, PMS, Engagement, Employee Relations)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint for reporting/presentations
- High ownership, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Prior HR internship experience
- Exposure to HRIS/HRMS tools
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
