Job summary

WedMeGood: India's Favourite Wedding Planning Platform is seeking an HRBP/HR Generalist for our Bangalore office. The role requires 1–4 years of HR experience with emphasis on recruitment and generalist support.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, payroll liaison, and help drive employee engagement. This position is office-based, with five days a week in the Bengaluru office.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of HR experience, preferably with recruitment or generalist operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Graduate from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute; post-graduation in HR is a plus.
• Based in Bangalore and comfortable working from the office for 5 days a week.
