Job summary

Uffizio is hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and joining formalities. A positive attitude and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/BA background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and shortlist based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess eligibility and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and follow up.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with HR and managers to close positions timely.
• Assist with offer communication, pre-joining and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and work on hiring requirements.
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates on basic eligibility, communication, interest, and role fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.
• Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely closure of positions.
• Assist with offer communication, documentation, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Eligibility & Skills
