Job summary

Ginger Affordable Solutions in India invites dynamic graduates to join as HR Trainees. This role provides hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee relations, performance systems, and compliance, building a foundation in core HR functions within a collaborative workplace.

You will support recruitment activities, assist in payroll related tasks, help implement training programs, and ensure adherence to labour laws while developing strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred for advanced career progression.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
