Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, team management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Prior experience in a media, content, agency, startup, or fast-paced environment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
  • Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement.
  • Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Handle employee communication and internal coordination.
  • Manage and coordinate team members across different functions.
  • Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track daily/weekly team performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and follow-ups.
  • Identify delays, issues, or performance gaps and take corrective action.
  • Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accountability within the team.
  • Prepare regular updates/reports on team performance and work status.
  • Support management in improving team processes and productivity.

About the Role

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools.
