• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and joining processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, attendance, and HRMS data.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with management and accounts for payroll inputs and salary-related matters.
• Support performance reviews, probation evaluations, engagement activities, and events.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, processes and documentation.
• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle and professional workplace environment.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 2+ years of experience in a marketing/digital marketing agency to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, people-oriented, and capable of managing HR independently in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing, creative, sales, development, and support roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and HR interviews, coordinate interview rounds, and manage offer and joining processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers, attendance, recruitment data, and HRMS.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warnings, performance issues, and PIP processes.
• Coordinate with management and accounts for payroll inputs and salary-related matters.
• Support performance reviews, probation evaluations, employee engagement activities, and company events.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Ensure a smooth employee lifecycle and maintain a professional workplace environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, media, or creative agency.
• Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations and End-to-End Recruitment.
• Good understanding of attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
• Ability to independently manage HR functions in a fast-paced agency environment.
