About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding while supporting employee engagement, HR operations, training coordination, and employee relations. The role is the key link between hiring managers, employees, and cross-functional teams ensuring timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and compliance with organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, understand manpower requirements with hiring managers, draft job descriptions, and source candidates via job portals, referrals, networks, and internal databases.
• Screen profiles, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final rounds with concerned departments.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and keep stakeholders updated.

Offer Management & Background Verification

• Prepare and issue offer, appointment, and confirmation letters per policy.
• Coordinate background verification with third-party agencies/internal teams and manage pre-joining documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Onboarding & Induction

• Coordinate joining formalities, system access, email IDs, ID cards, and workstation setup with IT/Admin.
• Plan and conduct induction/orientation programs on company policy, culture, and processes.
• Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure timely completion of induction activities.

HR MIS & Reporting

• Preparing monthly HR MIS reports on recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate HR records for management reporting and compliance.

Employee Engagement

• Supporting engagement initiatives and celebrations.
• Coordinating regular training across warehouses/regions per business and compliance needs.
