Job summary

Ablecold Logistics in Bengaluru is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment across functions from sourcing to onboarding.

You will conduct first-round interviews, assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain a strong candidate backlog while ensuring a smooth, compliant recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, interview records, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, timelines, and documentation standards.
• Support offer rollout, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding coordination.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
