• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Technology-oriented, curious and passionate about transforming HR through AI and automation.
