This role will involve the planning, executing, and managing specific, non-routineinitiatives to enhance HR processes, employee engagement, and strategic goals. Thisrole will focus on high-impact initiatives such as HR technology implementation,developing talent strategies, improving compliance, or driving organizationalrestructuring among others.
Responsibilities:
- Project & Program Management: Leading various HR initiatives from planning toimplementation, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and as perlaid out expectations.
- Strategic HR Initiatives: Developing strategic & innovative programs for employeeengagement, retention, talent acquisition, and performance management andwork closely with the leaders to drive implementation.
- Process Improvement: Analysing existing HR frameworks and processes and ifrequired rebuild them to be better aligned with the overall HR vision.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Create reporting dashboards and metrics for the HRorganization and publish periodic insights basis data.
- Change Management: Take the lead by supporting organizational restructuring,conducting due diligences in the event of mergers & acquisitions from a HRperspective.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensuring compliance with the laws of the land includingbut not limited to auditing personnel files and payroll procedures.
Requirements
- 6 – 10 years of experience of working in Human Resources and atleast 4 years’experience in leading multiple org-wide HR initiatives.
- Candidates coming from the management consulting or CEO / CHRO’s officebackground will be preferred.
- Should have a hands-on working functional knowledge of all the sub-functionsunder HR.
- Ability to think from a first principles perspective and always wear the hat of aproblem solver.
- Should have a high bias for action and be comfortable with working in a fastpaced environment.
- Good analytical thinking and ability to derive insights from data.
- Be comfortable with working on ambiguous problem statements
- Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills and the tenacityto stay the course amid hurdles and challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and should have the ability to persuade otherstakeholders to work together and achieve common goals.
