• 2-4 years of HR experience in tech or high-growth environment.

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.

About the Role

We're looking for an Associate HRBP to support our HR business partnering function across a fast-paced, engineer-heavy workforce. You'll work closely with senior HRBPs and business leaders on the full employee lifecycle, performance processes, employee relations, and workforce productivity. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their HRBP journey who wants hands-on exposure to strategic, data-driven HR in a high-growth AI environment.

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end HRBP operations across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance cycles, and offboarding.
• Assist in performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and coordinating PIP follow-through.
• Handle employee queries and first-level employee relations matters with confidentiality and sound judgment, escalating where needed.
• Partner with senior HRBPs to translate business needs into people actions across assigned teams.
• Contribute to workforce productivity and utilization tracking, helping surface trends and prepare data for optimization discussions.
• Coordinate with the TE/resource-management, Finance, and Payroll teams on workforce data, allocation, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Maintain HR dashboards and reporting, ensuring accuracy of people data for decision-making.
• Support HR governance, compliance, and process consistency as the organization scales.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Analyst in a tech, Product, or high-growth environment.
• Exposure to the full employee lifecycle and performance management processes.
• Comfort working with HR data, dashboards, and productivity/utilization metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset: someone who brings solutions, not just problems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization where structure is still being built.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
