JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven HR professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our people strategy by bridging the gap between business objectives and HR execution. You will lead performance management cycles, spearhead HR transformation initiatives using AI and automation, and design insightful analytics dashboards to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will act as a key partner to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Lead the goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with departmental strategic objectives. Track completion status, manage performance reviews, and drive a high-performance culture.
  • HR Transformation: Champion HR transformation initiatives by leveraging AI/GenAI, automation, and cutting-edge HR tech tools to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Analytics & Insights: Design, implement, and manage HR analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, talent metrics, and business performance.
  • Talent Management: Ensure the timely execution and governance of talent management projects, including talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Change & Capability: Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to capability-building programs to upskill the workforce.
  • Process Governance: Support process standardization and governance to ensure efficiency and compliance across HR operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in HRBP, HR CoE, Talent Management, or Organization Development roles.
  • Industry: Strong exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments (rapid-commerce, retail, e-commerce, or tech-driven organizations preferred).
  • Transformation: Hands-on experience in driving HR transformation programs.
  • Analytics: Strong understanding of people analytics, HR dashboards, and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Frameworks: Sound knowledge of performance and talent frameworks.
  • Employee Experience: Understanding of employee experience strategies.
  • Tech Savvy: Exposure to AI/GenAI applications in HR or HR tech transformation is highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in scaling or digital-first organizations.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, analytics platforms, or automation tools.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear business presentations and dashboards.
