Job summary

Windows Consultants in India is seeking a senior HR Operations leader to drive HR Operations Excellence and AI-led transformation across the employee lifecycle. You will lead HR Shared Services, automate onboarding, benefits, payroll interface and compliance, and partner with IT, HR Tech and Digital teams to deliver digitisation and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven HR transformation and process automation experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled automation.
• Strong HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance and governance.
• Ability to translate HR problems into AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services across the employee lifecycle, onboarding, benefits, payroll interface and compliance.
• Drive AI-led HR transformation using Copilot, AI agents and intelligent automation.
• Automate HR workflows including onboarding, employee queries, policies, leave & attendance and lifecycle processes.
• Drive digital transformation across HR Shared Services reducing manual work and improving self-service adoption.
• Integrate automation with HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors.
• Identify and deliver process digitisation, self-service and productivity improvements.
• Partner with HR Tech, IT & Digital teams on transformation initiatives.
• Drive change management, adoption and governance across HR operations.

Drive HR Operations Excellence and AI-led HR Transformation, combining strong HR Shared Services expertise with digital automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.

• Lead HR Shared Services / HR Operations across employee lifecycle, onboarding, benefits, payroll interface and compliance.
