Emkay Solutions invites applications for an HR Recruiter role in Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate subsequent rounds.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, calls, and other channels.
• Use job portals to search for relevant candidates, review profiles, shortlist suitable applicants, and manage candidate applications.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
• Coordinate with candidates and the internal team regarding interviews and joining.
• Manage daily HR activities and maintain recruitment data.
• Assist with employee engagement and general HR-related tasks.
