Job summary

Media Mark Advertising in Pune, India is looking for an HR & Recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding, and to coordinate workforce planning with department heads.

The role requires 1-3 years in HR or Talent Acquisition; familiarity with HR processes, labor law compliance, and HRMS/Recruitment software; strong communication and organizational skills; MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in recruitment for creative, production, sales, or operational roles will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and labor law compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/Recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Positive attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
