Job summary

Corporate Landbase Pvt Ltd is looking for an HR Recruitment professional to manage the recruitment process across various domains including sales and marketing. The role demands strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment portals, and the ability to manage multiple hiring streams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of HR recruitment experience, particularly in Real Estate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in Real Estate and for female candidates only.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, marketing, CRM, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in performance management, probation reviews, and employee grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, and employee data.
• Support payroll coordination and other day-to-day HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Recruitment (Real Estate experience + Female Candidate Only).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
