You will track recruitment KPIs, support onboarding and compliance, manage HRIS data, and serve as a trusted adviser on policies and benefits. This role emphasizes strategic sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and a candidate-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Find active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and professional networking events.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate multi-stage interviews with hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Handle job offer extensions, salary discussions, and pre-employment checks.
• Employment Branding: Promote the company culture externally to attract high-quality candidates.
• Metrics Tracking: Monitor recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage new hire paperwork, orientation schedules, background verifications, and exit formalities.
• HRIS/ATS Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, data integrity, and pipeline tracking in the company's HR systems.
• Employee Support: Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and general requests.
• Compliance & Reporting: Assist with labor law adherence, internal audits, and the generation of recurring HR metrics reports.
