Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an HR Executive Manufacturing Recruitment for Chennai to manage end-to-end recruitment for production and operator roles in a manufacturing setup. You will source candidates through job portals, databases, references and other channels, and oversee bulk hiring while coordinating interviews and joining formalities.

The role requires 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, with knowledge of 10th/12th pass hiring, NAPS & NATS programs, and MS Excel

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment/staffing experience
• Experience in manufacturing/blue-collar recruitment preferred
• Experience hiring 10th & 12th pass candidates
• Hands-on bulk/volume hiring experience
• Knowledge of NAPS & NATS recruitment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience using Naukri and other recruitment portals
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Hindi & Telugu language knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate calls and explain job roles, salary, benefits, shifts and company details.
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities with candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates from screening to joining.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team and clients for manpower requirements.
