• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, documentation, offer rollout, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs, hiring processes, and defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and minimize offer dropouts.
• Support walk-in drives, bulk hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns as required.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive – Manufacturing Workforce to support hiring for manufacturing, production, and shopfloor operations roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality talent, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring timely closure of positions in line with defined hiring timelines and service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing workforce, operations, or volume hiring.

Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment systems
