Job summary

Crown Veterinary Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You will partner with department heads to understand manpower needs, source candidates via portals, social media, references, and agencies, conduct initial screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role emphasizes maintaining candidate records, managing offers and joining formalities, and building a strong talent pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or service industry recruitment is a plus.

Job Location:

Nariman Point, Mumbai.

- Working Days Monday to Saturday.

- Office Timing: 9 AM - 6 PM (Currently working on a Trial of Alternate Saturday's Off.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Maintain recruitment databases, MIS reports, and candidate records.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
