Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinics is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles within prescribed timelines. The role emphasizes strong communication, candidate assessment, and collaboration with department heads for accurate job descriptions.

The recruiter will source candidates from diverse channels, screen and interview, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive a positive candidate experience while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labour laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
